This is a two day class oriented towards students that are familiar and experienced with Agile (Scrum, XP, Lean, etc.). Included is a review of principles, concepts and structure of the Paceline SEF and its approach to Agile. Advanced concepts are presented in the context of case studies to help students in their application of these concepts. Additionally covered is how Paceline is additive to familiar Agile frameworks thus providing context to the value Paceline provides to an organization. The students are then walked through Paceline’s routines (daily, weekly). Students are exposed to how the application of a Paceline ecosystem to an organization significantly mitigates risks as well as assists in accelerating the adoption of Agile. Students are provided a review of Paceline artifacts. Coverage of how Paceline addresses Business-Driven Technology through application of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is also addressed. A very informative and interactive workshop is included in this course that provides students with more advanced techniques f or implementing a Paceline Ecosystem. At the end of the course, students have the option to test for Paceline Level 2 Certification. The goal of this course is for students to be able to go back to their projects and implement a Paceline Ecosystem (Collaboration, Task and Artifact Management and Meeting Management).
